The Interlock Event Package

A custom event production package for events at The Interlock and similar mixed-use community spaces. This package is intended as a proposal starting point for resident events, tenant events, outdoor gatherings, music events, watch parties, and branded experiences.

Final pricing depends on the event date, location, guest count, setup needs, equipment, staffing, and event schedule.

Standard Package Includes

• Initial event consultation
• Event production recommendations based on the space and event goals
• Coordination with the venue, property team, planner, or event contact
• Custom quote based on confirmed services and equipment
• Professional setup and breakdown of services included in the final quote

Optional Enhancements

The following items are not automatically included and may be added to the final quote when available:

• Professional DJ/MC
• Sound system and wireless microphones
• LED wall, TVs, projection, or video displays
• Photo booth, mirror booth, robot photo booth, or 360 video booth
• Lighting, uplighting, or branded lighting design
• Games, contests, giveaways, or interactive activities
• Custom signage, branding, decor, or event visuals
• Additional staffing, attendants, or AV technicians

This package gives planners and property teams a flexible way to build the right event experience while keeping optional production upgrades clearly separated from the base planning package.
